Our apartment is situated on Clifton Hill, in a conservation area, close to Belmont Park and a few minutes walk from all amenities in the city centre, with the Cathedral, modern shopping area, the vibrant Quay area and a wide range of restaurants.
There is easy access to a wide range of communications – the M5 motorway is 10 mins drive, the airport, 15 mns, bus and railway stations with a 15 minute walk. London is less than 3 hours by train. Nowhere in Devon and Cornwall is further than a 2 hour drive.
The Met Office and University are 2.5 miles away, both offering easy access by walking, cycling, bus or car.
From M5 J29: Exit M5 at J29 to Exeter, follow signs to city centre. Proceed to roundabout, take 4th exit signposted to Exeter Business Park, Ambassador Drive, 2nd exit at next roundabout into Cumberland Way. Fork right into Pinhoe Road, continue 2 miles until roundabout. Take 1st exit at roundabout and then 1st exit into Belmont Road, which runs past Belmont Park into Clifton Hill (which is one way). Clifton Court is on the left.
