We collect information about you when you make a booking. We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete our news and offers forms, customer surveys and provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to complete the contract between us and process your booking and, if you agree, to email you occasional news and offers about our accommodation which may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. In processing your booking, we may send your details to, and also use information from freetobook, a third party booking system and credit card companies. We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a payment industry standard, ensuring your information and payment are protected, and that we are a bona fide business and website. We also comply with our legal obligations with regard to keeping a register of guests and the General Data Protection Regulations.
We would like to send you occasional news, information and offers about our accommodation which may be of interest to you. We use Mailchimp, a third party marketing platform for this. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
