Our Exeter city centre self catering, serviced apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. It is very spacious, suiting the needs of holiday rentals and business travellers alike, and ideal for a family. We aim to provide great hospitality, personal service and attention to detail.
The very spacious ground floor accommodation – over 95 sqm, furnished in a contemporary style, to a high standard, includes a very large open plan living/dining room where you can relax on the two sofas, with a big screen Smart TV/home entertainment centre. We include a very fast fibre internet connection connected and a tablet
If you want to dine in the newly fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped and finished to a high standard including granite worktops. There is everything you need to entertain around a dining table that seats six.
The master bedroom includes a superking size double bed & a new en-suite bathroom, also fitted in 2017. The second bedroom also includes a superking size double, with an adjacent full bathroom. Both superking beds convert to two full size singles, if required.
Each bedroom contains a double wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Beds have luxury Egyptian linen duvets and sheets. Both bathrooms include showers, together with a bath in the full bathroom.
We ensure that the apartment is in excellent condition, and include an extensive range of essentials for your stay. These include linen and towels, full size toiletries, tea, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and a welcome pack of goodies!

Free onsite secure parking in a designated space is provided – a much needed bonus in the centre of Exeter. In fact it’s easy to do without a car during your stay.
Fast Fibre broadband offers both Wi-Fi and a cabled connection, as well as a connection to a Smart TV.
From the outside you enter into a smart reception area, which only serves four apartments – the other three are upstairs. A few steps and you are into the entrance hall of our apartment. The skillful refurbishment includes new hardwood double-glazed windows throughout. There is gas central heating with each radiator having a thermostatic valve. This ensures that you can enjoy the elegant period building, with modern comforts. The apartment is a very spacious 90 square metres. You will see care, quality comfort and attention to detail throughout.
The entrance hall leads to a large south facing sitting/dining room (8m x 4m). There are high ceilings with three double doors opening to Juliet balconies overlooking the communal gardens. The room is furnished in a contemporary style, but complements the building itself. In the sitting room is a Liberty chesterfield sofa, and an additional retro-design 3 seater sofa.
There is a wall mounted 50” large screen smart TV/home entertainment system. This provides blu-ray/DVD/CD, internet radio, and a Dolby 5.1 speaker installation. Bluetooth allows connection for your own portable devices such as smartphones etc.
There is ultra fast fibre connection to the internet, with cable and wifi.
We provide both a tablet and handbook about the apartment with local and regional information, and a guest book to provide inspiration for days out.
The dining area comprises a table and seating for 6 people – allowing you to invite guests for dinner. This is complemented by enough cutlery, crockery and glassware enabling you to entertain.
The adjoining open plan kitchen (4m x 3m) comprises a range of newly fitted units in 2017 with granite work tops. There is a fridge-freezer, Bosch multi-function oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & separate tumble drier. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and dining.
The two bedrooms (both 4m x 3m) are at the rear of the property, and are light and airy. They contain high quality, hotel contract beds with feather and down duvets, and luxury Egyptian linen. There are hairdryers in each bedroom.
The main bedroom offers a superking double bed (6ft x 6ft 6in/180cm x 200cm), or two full size singles, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. An en-suite bathroom contains a large thermostatic shower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom also offers a superking size bed, or two full size singles, and wardrobe. It is next to the family bathroom, which includes a full sized bath, a thermostatic shower, basin and toilet. There is also a hotel safe for your laptop, tablet and valuables.
A secure rear car park, accessed via remote control, has a designated space for our apartment. There is also access to 2 shared visitor spaces. There is free parking on the road in front of the apartment but please note this is limited to 2 hours during the day.
Our serviced apartment is situated on Clifton Hill, in a conservation area, close to Belmont Park. It is a few minutes walk from all amenities in Exeter city centre. These include the Cathedral, modern shopping area, the vibrant Quay area and a wide range of restaurants.
There is easy access to a wide range of communications. The M5 motorway is 10 mins drive, the airport 15 mns, bus and railway stations with a 15 minute walk. London is less than 3 hours by train and nowhere in Devon, Cornwall or Somerset is further than a 2 hour drive.
The Met Office and University are 2.5 miles away, both offering easy access by walking, cycling, bus or car.
