Your holiday home in Exeter
This Georgian building has been skilfully refurbished to the highest standards in Exeter apartments. As a result you can enjoy an elegant period building, with modern comforts.
A lot more than the essentials!
We ensure that the apartment is in excellent condition, and include an extensive range of more than just essentials for your stay. So we include luxury Egyptian linen duvets and sheets, towels and full size toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. There’s even a welcome pack of goodies! Anti-allergy duvets and pillows are available, on request.
Free onsite secure parking in a designated space is provided – a much needed bonus in the centre of Exeter. In fact it’s easy to do without a car during your stay. There are secure wall brackets for locking cycles.
There is Superfast fibre connection to the internet, up to 76Mbps, which offers both Wi-Fi and a cabled connection, as well as a connection to a Smart TV.

Spacious living accommodation
From the outside you enter into the smart communal entrance hall with stairs to three other apartments. An inner door opens into the entrance hall of our private, fully self-contained self catering apartment. The very spacious ground floor accommodation is over 95 sqm, with high quality, contemporary furnishings. You will see care, quality, comfort and attention to detail throughout.
The entrance hall leads to a large south facing sitting/dining room (8m x 4m). There are high ceilings with three double doors opening to Juliet balconies overlooking the communal gardens.
You can relax on the sofas in the very large open plan living/dining room and enjoy home entertainment through the wall mounted 55″ large screen smart TV/home entertainment system. This provides blu-ray/DVD/CD, internet radio, and a Dolby 5.1 speaker installation. Bluetooth allows connection for your own portable devices such as smartphones etc.
Self catering – or a take away!
The kitchen and dining area provide all you need to enjoy a self catering evening in. You can also order from many of the local restaurants/take-aways.
Dining in is a pleasure with a very well equipped kitchen, finished to a high standard including granite worktops. Furthermore there is everything you need to entertain around a dining table that seats six. This is complemented by enough cutlery, crockery and glassware enabling you to entertain.
The adjoining open plan kitchen (4m x 3m) comprises a range of fitted units, fully equipped for cooking and dining. There is a fridge-freezer, multi-function oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier. There are a range of small appliances including a Nutribullet.
Quiet, very comfortable bedrooms
The two bedrooms, both 4m x 3m, are at the rear of the property, and are quiet, light and airy. They both contain high quality, hotel contract beds with feather and down duvets, and luxury Egyptian linen and wardrobes. There are also hairdryers in each bedroom. Anti-allergy duvets and pillows are available, on request. More like home than a holiday rental!
The main bedroom offers a superking bed (6ft x 6ft 6in/180cm x 200cm), or two full size singles, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. In addition the en-suite bathroom contains a large thermostatic rainshower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom is set as standard with two full size singles – superking on request, and wardrobe. It is next to the family bathroom, which includes a full sized bath, a thermostatic shower, basin and toilet. There is also a hotel safe for your laptop, tablet and valuables.
A secure rear car park, accessed via remote control, has a designated space for our apartment and two shared visitor spaces as well as secure wall brackets for locking cycles.. In addition there is free street parking overnight in front of the apartment and two hours during the day.

Our self catering Exeter city centre accommodation is on Clifton Hill, in a conservation area, close to Belmont Park. It is a few minutes walk from all amenities in Exeter city centre. These include the Cathedral, modern shopping area, the vibrant Quay area and a wide range of restaurants.
There is easy access to a wide range of communications. The M5 motorway is 10 mins drive, the airport 15 mns, bus and railway stations with a 15 minute walk. Additionally London is less than 3 hours by train and nowhere in Devon, Cornwall or Somerset is further than a 2 hour drive.
The Met Office and University are 2.5 miles away, both offering easy access by walking, cycling, bus or car.
